We get it—recycling can be confusing. We, along with the companies listed below, want to help. We've done our best to include up-to-date information below, but click the links for the latest.

Wands for Wildlife

Recycle Your Empties
This Austin-based beauty brand will gift you a free blush for sending back 8 empty Everyday Minerals products (empty jars for base, face, or cheek products qualify).

Garnier
Beauty Brigade
Send back your empty Garnier products for free—including shampoo caps, conditioner caps, hair gel tubes and caps and hair spray triggers—to be recycled through TerraCycle. For every unit of waste they collect from you, Garnier will contribute two cents to the charity of your choice.

Innisfree
Eco-Recycling Program
Bring in your empty Innisfree products to a local Innisfree store to recycle them through TerraCycle in exchange for program loyalty points.

Recycle & Be Rewarded
For each empty, full-size container you bring in for recycling to a Kiehl's store, you'll receive one stamp. Once you've racked up 10 stamps, you'll receive a free travel-size Kiehl's product.

Pacifica x Preserve
Fill out their online form to receive a shipping label, and then send in your empty and rinsed out Pacifica products to be recycled. Once your return is processed you’ll be rewarded with 100 loyalty points in your account.

Toothbrush Takeback
Mail in your old Preserve toothbrushes to be recycled into new products. For every six Preserve toothbrushes that you send in, they will give you a $6 coupon for Preserve. Toothbrushes can also be recycled at any participating Whole Foods Market (no reward if recycled this way).

This New York City-based nail company will recycle any old nail polish bottles through Chemwise. Customers can bring old polish bottles of any brand into one of Tenoverten’s six salon locations for recycling.

Recycling Program
Any Patagonia clothing that is no longer in wearable shape may be sent back to them to be recycled or repurposed. Just mail it to the Patagonia Service Center or drop the clothing off at a Patagonia Retail Store or at a participating Patagonia dealer.

Worn Wear
Any used Patagonia piece that functions perfectly and is in good condition can be traded in for credit toward purchases in Patagonia retail stores, on WornWear.com and Patagonia.com. You can either ship it in with a prepaid label or find a store near you. They resell the clothing at their WornWear shop.

Reformation
RefRecycling
Log in to your account on Reformation's website to print a free RefRecycling shipping label. You can use it to send in any used textiles that you'd like to recycle.

The North Face
Clothes The Loop
Drop off unwanted clothing and footwear at a North Face Retail or Outlet Store to be sent to Soles4Souls. As a thank you, you’ll receive a $10 reward toward your next purchase of $100 or more at The North Face.

ThredUp
Clean Out Service
Order a free kit on their website and send in your clothing to be recycled. Approved items will generate cash or credit for specific brands (like Reformation), or can make a $5 donation per bag to a charity of your choice.

Zara
Collection Program
Bring the clothes you no longer wear and put them in the containers in select Zara stores. The clothes will be donated, recycled, transformed into new fabric, or sold to finance the social projects of non-profit organizations.

Trade-In Program
Trade in your eligible Apple device online or in store for credit toward your next purchase, or get an Apple Store Gift Card you can use anytime. If your device isn’t eligible for credit, they’ll recycle it for free.

Recycling Program
Recycle your old, unwanted electronics and appliances by dropping it off at a local Best Buy store. They also offer trade-ins for some devices, and will even come to your house and pick up your outdated major appliances for a small fee.

Recycling Program
Through their free Nespresso Recycling Program, you can transform used aluminum capsules into the raw materials used to make more capsules. To recycle your capsules, request a recycling bag from their website or drop them off at a local store.

Electronics Recycling Program
Recycle your old, unwanted technology at a local Staples store. They’ll responsibly and securely recycle them at no cost to you.
